I wouldn't be surprised at anything tho. The tour, I won't say poorly organized, but instead it is very weirdly organized. Like I really don't get how extra date in Australia was the priority over Europe or Asia. Like Australia alone had same amount of dates as Europe. And Twice is popular over here, they could do like a proper tour, not just 3 countries. I am really baffled.

Indeed. For comparison's sake, Dreamcatcher was able to hold concerts in Finland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, and Spain. If they can do it, it seems that Twice should be able to as well.
