This time it is about Jisung, his fans sent 3 trucks.
Few days ago there were 7 trucks sent by Taeyeon fans, for which SM reported to police. Police response was that fans have full right to protest. 
Then there were like 10 trucks sent during whole CBX fiasco.
And this is in June only... no one is pleased with SM lol
It is booming business in South Korea that's for sure.

Karina is getting attacked by chinese for recommending an anime and SM can't even do a statement to defend her
Taeyeon concert that she waited so long to hold, was a fking mess with the organizer to the point that she was so done that she unfollow her own official account manage by SM
then the whole CBX mess
and the worst is that they don't even try to listen to what the fan have to say and try to understand why they came to the point of sending truck
but no they prefer to try shut the fans mouth by calling the police

imagine being a fandom that raise money for their idols and end up using on sending trucks cos the f*cking company won´t do the bare minimum to asure a well done work for the artists.
and it is not a small company, but a huge one, and also a huge one that take the biggest cut from their artist, in comparison with YG, JYP and Hybe. If you charge more, DO MORE
What makes sm a evil shitty company was they called the police on the trucks because of the protests BUT it was revealed they did NOTHING about the time someone had a truck in front of the building defaming it's artists with malicious comments on it. Now if SM didn't react out of incompetence then they aren't " evil" BUT the fact that they called police for a valid protests demanding better treatment of their idols but not for those causing harm to them sends the wrong message. Their PR team is entirely tone deaf. These actions do nothing but harm their image further and will likely get more people to leave sm or not join it

Couldn't agree more. The double standards are wild here. The trucks sent for Chen were perfectly fine but now that the trucks are here for SM management oooooh we gotta report.
Imagine having well established artists like Taeyeon/Baekhyun etc and messing up to a point where the artists don't want anything to do with you. 
It makes sense to keep sending trucks...they have such a good track record of getting results...like , the shareholders must be quaking...not the trucks again.
I thought all artists other than CBX were living their best lives with perfect contracts

It is crazy how many opportunities their idols miss simply because SM is incompetent or because SM doesn't want their idols to get too big.

True! The fact that they didn't bat an eye when antis sent trucks with HATEFUL messages but reported to police when fans asked for better treatment. SM Entertainment showed its real face once again. 
No wonder Taeyeon is extremely mad and this is also moment of clarity for many.
