T-ara was really huge and popular before that bullying scandal happened. They were dominating all Korea, Japan and China at their peak. They were the digital monster in Korea, they have a very dedicated China fanbase that could help to increase their sales and they signed onto management agency in Japan for $4.7 million which was the highest figure being offered to any Korean girl groups at that time. All of their members were really popular and some of them even almost at the same level as Yoona and Suzy back then. Jiyeon, Eunjung, and Hyomin are the best idol actresses Kpop ever had.
T-ARA could have had South Korea, Japan, China, three reputable idol actresses, and variety. Like they were that good and popular. It's hard to see how this group can end up like this. Imagine how they going from being the digital queen to only get their first win back in korea in 2017, over 5 years since their last win before in 2012 when that controversy happened.
