You might have already noticed some new things, like how the KPOP section has moved up and we've made a forum for newcomers where you can earn double the akorns all the time. We've been reading the bi-weekly variations of "What is AKP dying of now?" 
And these changes stem from us listening to them and trying to make changes to improve the experience and interaction. Here's some of what is here and what's to come.
NEW SECTION AND SECTION LEADERS LIVE NOW
With the introduction of our newcomers section, I'd like to announce the new leaders of that section: horizonshard and Rainbowlicious . Both will have full moderator privileges and will take on those tasks according to their preference. We will be adding to the team as needed as there was definitely interest, more details to come later.
KPOP SECTION CHANGES LIVE NOW
By the looks of the latest threads, some of you have already noticed. Anons are now in the KPOP section. So are Guilds! We're trying stuff out because a lot of the feedback said organization was an issue. Full disclosure: it's @ripia 's brainchild so if you want specifics on exactly why, hit him up.

SECOND GUILD FUTURE ADDITION
You asked, I will be putting in the option to join a second guild. You can expect that change to be live in September. Wish me luck!
FIRST BADGE FREE FUTURE ADDITION
We will be allowing new users to get their first badge for free as suggested. horizonshard Rainbowlicious and Shy will be helping out here as it will be a manual task. Details to come.
EXTENDED AKORN WEEK STARTS NOW
4 AKORNS - COUNT 'EM 4 in the new K-News and K-Lounge section. 2 akorns per post in the newly moved Guild section. This will last until Monday, which is Korean Liberation Day! Let's start this celebration early!
