Yeah, I was quite surprised myself. And according to Google, ghosting people during long term relationships isn't as uncommon as you'd think. When I was mourning, I was reading stories of people who had ghosted their SOs after YEARS of being together. YEARS. It's sickening.

He was definitely immature. I wish I had known just how immature he was. Though, not sure if I would change anything. It's my own fault for taking him back last time he pulled this (on Valentine's no less). I don't regret taking him back because we had some good times even after that, but this time I had to let him go. He was going through some things, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt that first time, but I am not about to beg someone to be with me. I do not have the emotional bandwidth to deal with Casper.

Exactly. Ghosting is just leaving people with hurt feelings, but for a longer period of time.

However when it comes to more work related I would prefer to know why on top of that rejection to see what can be improved for future opportunities.

I was about to answer outright rejection, but I just realized I tend to ghost people very often. It's very hypocritical of me to expect otherwise from others as well.
