songs that sound chaotic/discordant - too many loud sounds happening all at once or one particular sound element that is just grating. it may even be a vocal element or effect that sounds off. usually technically may be musically fine but it's not very pleasing to most ears as they don't follow conventional/generic musical patterns/resolve in ways the ear is used to. I tend to find these to be songs of the techno/EDM/rap/hip-hop variety or a fusion of those genres in K-pop.
eg. NCT - Sticker - the strongly divided reactions says a lot. the flute throughout annoys A LOT of people (not me tho, y'all stay blessed). A lot of Nct's more experimental sounds~ tend to elicit such a reaction - punch, sit down, mad dog, chain whereas people seemed to readily love more generic EDM/dance songs like Superhuman and highway to heaven.
Stray Kids - thunderous
Cravity - my turn - while the rest of the song is fine the chorus on this is absolutely horrendous and makes it noise music to me.

I'm not saying that it's noise music. I just thought that it would fit because of the title.

Anyways, noise music (at least in the K-pop sense) doesn't exist, it's just what idiots think anything that even delves into EDM or is slightly experimental is like. I don't think the term noise music should be used, not even as a positive (except if you're talking about the actual genre noise music, like the video that person linked.) Life was so much better when that term didn't exist.
