Ever been involved in a car accident or some other accident?

Yes, twice. When I was sixteen I was hit by a car and knocked off my bike. I was almost killed and bounced off the car three times before somersaulting on the ground. I don't remember any of it as I had blacked out. It was my fault. All I suffered was a bit of concussion, a cut arm which needed stiches and major muscle damage to my left leg which is actually a couple of millimetres shorter than my right leg. I had physio for six weeks and took me two and a half years to get back on a bike again. Apparently I was even revived in the back of the ambulance.
The other time was in my mother's car in 1988. It happened right outside our house, somebody ran up the back of me. I was reversing, I was unhurt apart from a bit of whiplash. The incredible thing was is I was charged with negligent driving even though it wasn't my fault as the cop on duty knew the bloke who rear ended me. The charge was eventually dropped. The car was a write off and I was devastated as I loved that car and it was the car I drove when I first got my licence. I had only got my full licence a couple of weeks earlier.

Got hit by a bicycle 3 times in my life as a kid/early teen (I know this sounds funny, but I was a tiny and hella skinny girl lol still tiny tho ).
One of them was in front of the school I was gonna make my "SAT" (the one from my country) test and my right arm was ruined and I was in shock. Couldn't think well and write 'cause my arm was in pain and decided to leave - it was just for testing, so I could do that.
I hold a personal grudge with bicycles to these days.

Twice in minor fender benders in Stop-n-Go traffic. XD it wasn't my fault.
Last time was a SUV hit the right rear bumper. No injury or damage.
First time in a Freeway traffic jam. A VW bus hit the my Truck rear bumper. No injury or any damage to the Truck. The VW Bus didn't fair well. Collision left a deep impression across entire front of the VW bus.
Both were embarrassing encounters from the other Drivers. Awkward for myself as WTH. Xd

My birth was an accident.

Back in 2017, I was a passenger and got hit head on basically... it was a slow speed crash thankfully. We had just pulled out onto the highway and in the process of getting up to speed and a car pulled out across traffic and basically pulled right into us. Everyone was okay, but it totaled the car.

no, but nearly.
my dad is a bit of a daredevil and drove onto the railroad when the thingy was going down.
in another occasion, this huge freak accident happened right in front of us when my mom was driving me home from school. the two cars collided and both left sides of the cars were against each other.
however, my youngest sister and my mom got into a small one once...

As a driver, I had a couple of close calls, but managed to avoid them luckily. First incident I was driving relatively fast because it was like 2am and streets were empty. All of a sudden a guy tried to cross the street and almost jump in front of my car, but I managed to evade him in time. Second incident I did a U turn a little too fast and almost rolled over.
As a pedestrian, a car rear run over me, but it didn't cause serious injuries, but it did hurt.
As a cyclist, I was going downhill fast and for some stupid reason I just pressed break too hard and I flew over. I probably did a 360 or two before landing in my butt in a sitting position. It didn't cause injuries luckily. It could have been pretty bad as I landed on asphalt. it was embarrassing thou.

My bf had an accident and I got to the scene to help him. He was driving to visit me and lost a rear tire while coming through a tight turn. He was doing almost 70km/h at that moment. He said he heard a terrible loud noise, followed by a bang and then he could only see sparks in the rearview mirror. Luckily he was able to pull onto the grass on the right hand side and the tire went into the fields instead of staying on the road. He called and I asked my mum to drive me out there. He sounded really calm on the phone, but when I arrived, he was completely pale and shaking so much, he could barely walk. So I sat him down on the passangers side, secured the scene and called a tow truck. He was not hurt and noone else was involved, but the car was ruined completely, as the rear axel had partly melted what caused the tire to go rough. If his speed had been higher or if he had lost control of the car, he could have been seriously injured or even worse. It was very scary.
