It's satisfying to see that even an idol in her late '20s like Irene can still top popularity charts with all the competition around, especially seeing how 25 years is already considered old in the idol scene and where idols are being put on a pedestal as young as 15-16 years old.

I am bisexual, and personally it made me roll my eyes. It isn't real representation, it is just baiting people. It wasn't even suggested romance, just the same tired "ooh they looked like they were going to kiss" thing we get in K pop all the time.

That's exactly why it's queerbaiting. LBR, it's so common in k-pop that insiders even say that they are encouraged to "feed" the shippers.
I know these all sound very negative but I assure you i have no emotional attachment over these. It's just the reality of the situation. Plus RV has show support in LGBTQ and SM even makes music for Queer (Taeyeon ft Melomance, that masterpiece of a collab)
