I love both. Right now I definitely prefer Butter, but it's not a fair comparison, because one is all new and shiny while the other is a song I've had on my playlist since last year.

I love butter but the chorus for Dynamite is better. Just my opinion.

But I hope Butter will have the same or even more success than Dynamite.

Dynamite intrumentals were really nice and the key change at the end made the song really good.

Thought it was less repetitive

They put rap parts in the bridge and in the outro instead of just repeating the chorus like in Dynamite

It also had a pre chorus that was a little more melodically different to the verse ("disco overload" and "ooh when I look in the mirror")

Also thought the pronunciation was better

You can sorta hear the accent in Dynamite when they pronounce the Ts at the end of words.

Jungkook all pronounced the Ls in roll better in Butter compared to Dynamite, that's what I noticed anyway

I liked Butter 'cause of the bass line, the few vocal processing compared to Dynamite and THE WHOLE JIN!

It has exactly what I think Dynamite lacked (especially the vocal aspects, that's way better on Butter).

BUT, only time will define if I'll like it more than Dynamite. The impact Dynamite had on me was very strong to the point I still listen to it to these days (despite being overplayed, but I don't care! Lmao).
