I didn’t even take the time to look at the album credits, but makes sense why i like Cry for Love so much (i put it over All I got for favorite song on the album). LDN has never let me down.

Overall, it feels like SM did a good just curating his albums. They were all R&B based, but slightly different. I know people wanted a full album, but 3 mini worked out even better imo.

He was cemented himself as THE vocalist of 3rd gen.

This album is a masterpiece. There is not one song I don’t love.

My ranking changed a bit privacy really grew on me, I wasn’t feeling it at first. I feel like I shouldn’t put amusement park on the ranking I like it tho. Baekhyun’s vocals are perfect btw. I don’t really dislike any of the songs

1. Love Scene

5 seconds in, I knew Colde was behind this. Guitar is nice. Surprisingly, Vocals take a back seat in the sense that instrument carries the song for me. A very chill vibe, not something I would actively seek out. I love the slight distorted drum choice, makes a little different. Loses momentum often and also, The Chorus melody is a little too square for me, should have introduced some variations in it.

Ranking :- 7/10

2. Bambi

Time for the title track!

I love the tone of the guitar, it's very suave and sexy. That 3 second long synth (Sounds like reverse piano sound) is somehow very catchy, catches my attention.

The PHRASING. He uses it perfectly.

Perfect example :- 1:21 to 1:38, how he sings the verses

Chorus drops hard, I love the slow vibe in the chorus. Vocals are amazing. I love the extended bridge section.

The song has few caveats :- As good as it is, it goes nowhere, it stays in the same place.

The outro verse is unnecessary.

Ranking :- 8/10

3. All I Got

Do I need to say anything? Epitome of slow jam songs. You just need to hear it, There is not much to say about this song, The High notes are one of a kind.

Ranking :- 10/10

4. Amusement Park

This song feels out of place to me, not because it is a bad song or anything, This has christmas-y Jazzy vibes, which according to me, doesn't fit the album's overall vibe.

Good song. That's it, a slow song, something you would listen on a winter morning with hot chocolate.

Ranking :- 6.75/10

5. Privacy

Intro gives me "Addicted" (A song from his Japanese debut album) vibe.

This song is directionless for me, It doesn't know where to go. Instrumental doesn't impress me at all, except for the warped Synths in the chorus. Drags a lot

Only things that stick with me are the vocals and harmonies in the song.

Ranking :- 5.75/10

6. Cry For Love

I like the vibe it has. Full of emotional vocals. The guitar in the verses gives me Ariana Grande's "Positions" vibe. Chorus is nice.

The high notes are crazy. Vocal masterpiece through and through.

Good ending for the album.

Also, Excellent job by LDN Noise.

Ranking :- 8.75/10

Now that you said it... yes it has a similar vibe, but on CFL the guitar filtered with some vintage plugin...

(in that order)

The other songs continually change around in my rankings. They’re all good, but it’s more so his legendary vocals that save those tracks for me. Just not really my taste. I would like Love Scene a lot if there was some variation.
