I’m trying to exercise too. Walk and run for 30 minutes on weekend. Not really working. I’m trying to cut down on carbo only and a little food portion. I still eating. Thanks for the concern. 
Last I weigh myself was last year before lockdown and the pandemic. I just weigh myself recently and I gained 6 kg. 
I'm now trying not to snack and cutting down on food portion to lose weight.

Even though I enjoy non music content and like their personalities, friendship I also know we dont know them in real life. They are artists their talent, hard work are the biggest reasons I stan them

I agree with this. I wasn't even a fan when the China boys left. Imagine how it would have been then. When I became a fan in 2016, that was when the other group blew up, there were so many negative and hate directed towards the boys, so many false accusations. I joined this forum because I couldn't stand it. Then there was Chen racist issue, Baek depression issue and other minor things that people just like to blow out of proportion. Now, it's this marriage and cheating scandal. The boys are human and will make mistakes. Sometimes, I'm afraid the next shit may be too big to handle. But I tell myself I have to trust them till the end. I am prepared to face any storm including if they don't do well in their next cb. I will walk with every one of them till I can't anymore. That's my promise as an exol.
