I actually try to keep with every group.
I use Kpopping to follow releases and then just binge everything. It captures big groups, soloists, and nugus, so it's ideal for me.

These are my fav artits that I mostly listen too but I check out many more artists
While I read the BTS threads, I also frequent the group's subreddit for news.
But the Twice and Stray Kids threads keep me in the loop with those groups as well and I like the bop or flop threads because I would otherwise miss half the releases, so I end up keeping up with everyone at least a little bit.

For AKP:
If a thread is made and it's in the "Latest Posts" section when I get on, I'll most likely click into it if I'm on and browsing the site. Doesn't matter which group.
That's only some of the time I come on though - if I'm in a rush or have something specific to attend to, I only check my notifications and DMs.
Everywhere else:
I only actually seek out and look up stuff on BTS. If I happen to see an article on another kpop group in a western publication though, I'll read it, no matter the group. I like to see what is being said about kpop in general.

I think for me the ONLY way i keep up with groups outside of NewJeans, XG, BlackPink and Twice is through bop or flop but tbh even after i listen initially i still only listen to my core 4 (and old RV)
