She's actually already got some hosting experience. Which that is something that can be continued if you're well liked. Yoona does that to this day.
Her CF work can theoretically continue. It will just be determined by whether she can transition to older brands eventually. Yoona again, was able to very successfully transaction to an older "mature woman" demographic in cosmetics and beauty.
Where Wonyoung will probably need to branch out onto if she wants to remain viable long term in entertainment is in acting.
Both Seolhyun and Yoona had the benefit of making worthwhile stand alone careers in acting that allowed them to transition from the young ingenue archetype in idol life to a more mature career.
That's an area Wonyoung might want to explore to offer her a new on ramp when her idol career arc comes to a close.

She's always done well at variety and MC'ing, probably would do ok at acting too. Looking at IVEs schedule though there's no way any of the members could act anytime in the near future. The earliest possible time we could see an IVE member either acting or as regular cast on some variety show would be in late 2024 after the world tour finishes.

What is pretty is subjective. There are many pretty idols, and some would say prettier such as Tzuyu, Sullyoon, NingNing, Kazuha, but they are shy, so don't generate much impact.
