If i saw them outside a concert setting in a normal everyday thing I would probably give them their privacy and avoid them while freaking out on the inside and not trying to show it.

In terms of concert in my area, if the timing is right, I’d go.

If they are just hanging around town, I’d greet and keep it moving.

They’d def. get noticed in places like Gallery Place, Georgetown, Penn Quarter (DC), Alexandria, Arlington, and Springfield, Virginia.
