Which members of IZ*ONE do you think are going to have a successful career?

Good potential : Yena (Yuehua), Chaeyeon (popular), Chaewon and Eunbi (Woolim is quite big), Yujin (starship)
Decent potential/could last long in the industry : Yuri (great vocalist, could farm OSTs), Hitomi and Nako (popular japanese members who could easily find companies that would take them in Korea). Also easy way out in Japan.
Anything is possible : Hyewon and Minju (small companies, better changing companies for a better future). They are not particularly good vocals, rappers or dancers but have impressive visuals which is key in Kpop. Finding a bigger company should be a priority. Minju could go the actress route too.

Since the time the disbandment news stirred up, I was hoping for Chayeon to get offer from big hit to be a part of Big Hit label. But It happened for Sakura(I am happy for Sakura)
Chayeon is called Feather Chayeon for a reason. She deserves perfect opportunity to show her talent wholly, then her talent is alone capable to bring success.
My picks are..
Chayeon.
Sakura.
Wishing best wishes the rest of the girls also. They all deserves to shine.

The Japanese girls will all find stable jobs back home i'm sure. Sakura could become even bigger if she does sign with BH.
Starship is a well known company so Yujin/Wonyoung should have a solid career as long as they dont do something stupid like bury them in a 8 member group, keep the NGG small so that your big moneymakers can shine.
Yena has a natural home in EG. Honestly, the more i see of her, the more i see someone who was born to be in front of the camera. She has that 4D extroverted personality and the talent to back it up. She only lacks a little in visuals but i dont think that's gonna stop her from being successful.
Eunbi and Chaewon. Chaewon could probably join Rocket but Eunbi, i'm worried that she's too old for a rookie group. Age matters in Korea and she already gives off an older vibe as the "mama" of Izone. And how will she do if she goes solo?
Chaeyeon i'm worried too. She wont fit in OMG obviously. If WM has a new GG forming, does Chaeyeon have enough Korean star power to carry the group? Can she successfully go solo?
Minju, Hyewon, and Yuri are huge wildcards. Their future is cloudy af, mostly because their labels are either nugu (Minju/Hyewon) or have nothing seemingly planned for them (Yuri).
