oh dang that’s a good point. luda was by far the most popular member in that sub unit so i imagine there’ll be a hit to their sales number in future releases 
Bona, the one member everyone was sure was going to leave actually stayed.
I had a feeling WJSN wasn't going to disband. With 10 members, as long as the group is somewhat profitable and successful, there is no reason for the full group to disband.
Groups only disband when they flop to the point of even being together is a loss and/or if the company sucks.
Neither one of those were the case for WJSN, and it would be way more profitable for them individually if they stay together. Starship also seems to still be generating a profit from them.

I discovered this group due to the subunit The Black, which I truly enjoy. I hope they will release more music since they all stayed.

If only Sistar didn't disband
I wonder if 3rd gen groups are learning from the 2nd gen. After disbandment, their individual careers are essentially over no matter how successful the group was. So many have tried solo careers or acting careers and only a handful have found success. So if they want to stay celebrities, they should stick with the group a little longer.
Anyways happy WJSN is still gonna be around. Any departure is going to be sad, but I also get why they'd be done.
Well Luda leaving was unexpected as hell. But I get it. She even is in Girls Re:Verse so maybe she thought that Starship put her in Chocome then in virtual survival and maybe she wanted to do something different with her career. As for Dawon with lots of hiatuses she had I just hope she will be happy.
Yeonjung could always replace Luda in Chocome but yeah their sales will probably take a hit. At this point I believe a The Black comeback would be more profitable as Bona has become 10x more popular since then.
Dawon was a bit expected if you've been following them for a bit but not at all Luda, but she hasn't been really been promoted well so not shocking. Really a shame 
I hope they do well in their future endeavors.
Well, well, well, so it seems like they are going to try to have WJSN 10 member comebacks, just that Luda and Dawon will not be under starship.
That is going to be hard to do, Mamamoo pulls it off, Apink could not do it.
