Maybe, but next comeback would want to be something that hiatus was worth waiting for. The last one was a huge let down, well for me anyhow.

Why do people act like long hiatuses made bp successful, in fact it actually prevented them from being way bigger than they are now. They are successful DESPITE of hiatuses which is a mismanagement. And what sm is doing with aespa is also a mismanagement. It will affect them more because 4th gen gg sphere is highly competitive and if sm continues to pull things like this, it will definitely kill their momentum.

Are you sure SM didn't try to transfer Aespa into their Avartar body or else

Idk why ppl think this is weird or new for SM….after MAMA EXO didn’t drop something for 13 months and they were rookies too. It won’t be anything like BP they’ll just cb after some months with album or EP. It also doesn’t mean all their comebacks will be like that. For EXO for example the XOXO album was markedly different tonally than MAMA. It probably just means they’re working on something behind the scenes in terms of what direction they want to take for aespa. Will it work I have no idea. But there’s nothing to be worried about. They’re an SM group. They will get comebacks.

It’s only been six months and people are comparing it to some bp level hiatus calm tf down.
