JYP should consider joining ITZY and NMIXX together

I think this opinion is very unpopular bc fans most likely will be against their favorite group being merged with another group. But I will give you solid reasons as to why JYP should consider joining NMIXX & ITZY together and how it will benefit both groups.

First of all, I have to say that both groups have very good relationship between each other. I often see ITZY members support and talk good things about NMIXX. Also, both groups are in the same age range so it shouldn't mess with its dynamic.

Second, both groups despite having different concept are quite similar, both of them are dance and performance oriented.

Now let's go through all the benefits they would get:

1. It will increase their popularity among general public and will help them gain new fans. As we all know, recently ITZY started to lose their popularity and relevance, their last comebacks wasn’t that successful comparing to their early years and NMIXX never had that popularity (if you compare them to TWICE or ITZY).However, this extraordinary statement about permanently merging two groups from the same agency will elicit great reaction from general public and non-fans. And I bet they wouldn’t be able to contain their curiosity and check what the group is up to.

2. The huge number of members will help them to stand out from other top 4 gen ggs (I’m talking only about NewJeans, aespa, IVE and Le Sserafim whose number of members range from 4 to 6). There will be 9 members in this new merged group. This group will be the new TWICE of 4 generation.(I think JYP made a big mistake debuting two groups in one generation and he’s better to fix it until it’s too late.)

3. Spectacular performances. As I already mentioned both groups are heavily dance oriented and I think had good choreos however adding more members to the groups will further enhance them. The more members the prettier the dance formations.

4. More engaging variety shows/content. They could film something like Time to Twice Crime Scene and Soulmate. Maybe it’s just me, but I prefer this kind of scripted variety where members play characters assigned to them rather than where they just play some games most ppl don't even understand rules to. Anyway the more members the better and it will be interesting to observe the new dynamic. And again it will help them to get more attention.

5. The merging will balance both ITZY’s and NMIXX’s flaws out. There will be an equal number of members that are good in vocal and dance, instead of just one vocalist in 5 members group (so it’s not just benefits for nmixx but also for itzy).Another things to consider:C oncept and rebrending. It is possible to combine their existing names (ITZYXX or NMITZY) but I think it would be better to come up with something new to avoid confusion. And for concept I think they should go with something like TWICE’s ‘Perfect World’ or ‘Cry for me’. I believe this concept will be popular and suit this new group.Possible fans wouldn't be turned off by the huge number of members bc they will already be familiar with half of them.

The only disadvantage I can think of are some technical stuff as it will require a lot of work and investment and midzy/answer disliking this decision and leaving fandom/becoming solo stans. Or that it might ruin the existing group dynamic (Though I doubt it, however if you’re a midzy or answer please tell would you be upset by it?). If not, than again it will increase the fandom.

Now, you might think why 9 members bc 5+6=11? It’s because I got this idea when Jinni was still in the group and it supposed to be 12 member group, but as she left 11 members doesn’t sound good to me (somehow it reminds me of loona and I don't want them to follow their path, it would be better if they follow twice's path)

So that means that two members of any group should leave, that can be anyone honestly as the group already will have multiple good dancers, vocalist and visuals but I suggest Yeji and Ryujin.

They already stand out too much and have strong stage presence, I'm afraid they might overshadow some members of nmixx. However, it's not a bad thing it'll actually benefit them bc they'll form a duet. Their visual and auras go perfectly together and I believe they will be much more popular as a duet. Just watch their mix&match performance and you will get what I'm talking about.

In any way, this decision will only bring benefits and new opportunities for the members, that is why I think Jyp should think about it.
