For the custom badge, how long do we have to gather out idea together?

We'll need to know if you want to provide an image or are going to ask the team to make you something so we can figure out how best to divvy things up. Does ASAP sound too soon? Kidding, we just need some direction! If you'll be providing the image, there's no rush. Slightly more though if we are trying to create something for you. Hope that makes sense!

Take your time there. There is no rush as long as you let me know you will be sending in an image. I'm more concerned about being timely if scheduling something to be made by the team since they have holidays and such as well.
