Are there any 4th gen groups that you think kpop fans are underestimating?

Y'all understimate their Korean fanbase, by a lot. Their sales may not be high, but they can consistently chart on Gaon every comeback. Take notes from ABNEWs.
I could go on for a long time about them, but I'll keep it short.
- They don't need to have "advanced" raps, they have raps in less than half of their songs, and 90% of the time it's just Yeonjun. They're a POP group, get over it.
- They're good, versatile performers; they don't need to have aggressive dance moves or glares on stage to be taken seriously.
- Like AB6IX, they have a Korean fanbase. That's vital for digitals on music shows.

Treasure??
Cant they very easilly become very popular and top group?
They could, so far they have good sales and their J-fandom is big.
But they need to improve digitally, like most newer boy groups.

I actually do think KPOP fans underestimate TXT especially in terms of domestic success. But that's just me.
This too.
TBZ have big potential, especially if they give good performances on Kingdom.
OMG didn't win Queendom, but they benefitted in other ways because they were awesome on the show.

yeah, i feel like even if they don't win on kingdom, they could be like OMG, especially if they comeback with bloom bloom pt. 2. Their introduction stage was awesome too.
A lot of people rarely mention The Boyz when it comes to 4th gen leaders, just because they came from small company, didn't have big korean fandom (that time) just like the other 4th gen bgs, but also don't have strong international fandom, which lead to low physical sales compared to their competitors like skz or ateez.
But thankfully, after rtk, they rise, sold 350k album, their k-fandom grew so much, i could say they're like 2nd / 3rd in term of korean fandom along with ab6ix, only behind txt. The stealer is 3rd highest charting 4th gen boygroup song in 2020 on melon, only behind cysm and blue hour.
Everyone don't underestimate The Boyz. They're coming for you.

It is exactly why I said it. It seems that they are the most underestimated here. Noone expect me mentioned them and as much as I see they have the same/simular sales as TXT on their first year. Probably bc of the whole hate people here have for male groups in YG.

It seems like En- barely have fans in this forum, i don't see people making threads about them much
Yep, there are not a lot of us, but people can still acknowledge their success and potential even if they're not fans. Users mention Treasure even though they have worse stats everywhere except Korean charting and even that not by far.

Yeah true that, don't know about Treasure part though, I'm only following TXT and Stray Kids recently

People don't seem to understand what underestimate means. Some of the groups mentioned in that thread are groups that are always mentioned in discussions about 4th gen groups in this forum.
Anyways, people definitely underestimate enhypen. They had the strongest Korean debut in 2020 in Japan, broke records of the biggest 4th gen groups in Japan, charted on multiple billboards charts, won first roty 12 days after debut, have many "fastest rookie group to __" under their name, broke and set insane records with their physical sales and had so many other achievements. People just don't like to admit enhypen has the potential to be one of the leaders of the new generation, either out of bitterness or simply because they turn a blind eye to all their success. That's perfectly fine with me tho - people have been waiting for an unexpected group to prove everyone wrong and get on top so enhypen will be that group

They didn't, TXT has consistently sold albums since debut.

Yeah, but the same amount. When I google, I get that TXT sold around 300 000. And Treasure sold also around 300k, even 10-20k more than TXT.
