After 6 months, KQ Entertainment cant do anything about it. Even after they successfully "sued" and won against Soyeon and co.
There is nothing wrong with NMIXX afterall.
My guess SME wont do anything, because... -

Sorry but you can't think that the concept of "real word" and "unknown world" isn't very similar to aespa's real world & KOSMO (unknown world in SMCU)
And the "mysterious antagonist" possibly being JYP's version of Black Mamba....even if it isn't a direct copy they're very clearly inspired
I completely agree with this comment
A lot of group did concept with 2 world but their interpretation is different from the way aespa interpret it
For example ateez concept from what i understood are looking for a treasure
but aespa is the first group who created a whole dictionnary around their concept and lore
For example ateez have the real world and the unknow world
But nobody went as far as crzating a whole new lexic around their concept like aespa with the flat/ kwangya and the kosmo
And now suddenly we have jyp and nmixx with the field and mixxtopia
And people can agree or disagree that a lot of other group have different world but they all interpret it differently like i said ateez are looking gor a treasure
Nobody went as far than making a concept evolving the fight of the group between an unknow enemy like aespa introduce it in kpop with black mamba
And i'm sorry but when i read " they have to stand against an enemy who emerged on their way to mixxtopia "
I just can not think of aespa BM because it's literally a copycat of the description SM made for Black mamba
" The lyric of the song talk about the members who have to stand against an unknow enemy on their way to kwangya who disrupt their connexion to the AI "
Not criticizing the group or else but JYP should have made a better work to try to create a lore and universe for nmixx who doesn't look they are nitpicking lore of different group to make their own
Like the proverb say 1 or 2 similarities is a coincidence but too much coincidence is just copycat

First of all you need to have some grasp in overall situation
let's compare it to comic books then
we have two major companies Marvel and DC
but then when you compare their comicbooks you can find many similarities
for example for 'street level' heroes you will find similar traits or powers,
and for those who came from galaxy it's also very, very similar as well
I've seen here people complaining about creating accounts on social media etc. but honestly everyone can create tons of accounts because this is what sns are for...
Also another point is that I don't know if I'm the one but I won't be surprised if people in JYP would say: we were inspired by Stranger Things
or any other movie, tv series, book, story, novel, which has double worlds, two worlds, etc.
even if we say 'they've copied it because someone else did it in KPOP earlier'
the problem is that Lee Sooman himself said that the creation of Kwangya, and whole SMCU was inspired by Marvel Cinematic Universe
you got a tease with that with SuperM when they were marketed as Avengers of Kpop by SM and had that Marvel collab
later on LSM created so called CAWMAN (acronym stands for: Cartoon, Animation, Webtoon, Motion graphics, Avatar, Novel) because he probably realized that he can monetize it well under SM Entertainment instead of splitting money with American companies (like Marvel).

Is clearly inspired a lot from SM, a combination of Exo and aespa is basically whatever nmixx is doing, personally I couldn't care less because I don't care about lore in general but JYP is a freaking big 3 company, they sure have money to hire a writer to make a lore...then again SM is pretty good at plagiarism too
