waiting on them to debut a couple more bgs before we get anything

It's been 2.6 years since Hybe hired that SM director and literally the only thing that's happened GG-wise at Hybe is the unceremonious dumping of Gfriend.
Honestly, i have my doubts that BangPD even wants to debut a GG at all. After BTS hit it big, the first thing he did was debut TXT. Then he debuted Enhypen and brought even more sausages to the mix by buying Pledis and its two big boygroups Seventeen and Nuest. Then they shocked the Kpop world by dumping Gfriend.

Very strange that so many groups are supposed to debut but there are no announcements, are they supposed to debut at the same time then, especially if they went to the trouble of recruting people that already have a fanbase you would expect them to strike while the iron is hot to keep their popularity not wait forever and possible cannibalize themselves with multiple groups

This comment is so true. The number of BGs they have is crazy. I don't think they even have any active female artists. And as soon as they can they sent Gfriend into disbandment. A susage fest indeed

They do, but they're all under Pledis... Pledis took over fromis_9 completely last year and Nana is still hanging in there with them.

BigHit/Hybe just seems to be slow af in general with debuting groups. They're perpetually behind schedule with all of them and I really don't know why there's so much slippage in their estimated timeline. I know they're extremely cautious, maybe excessively so. One theory I have is that they are so risk averse that they over plan everything, causing their deadlines to slip repeatedly until they're eventually like a year behind.

The Ador GG should be really near, every article where they mention them says it will debut in the first half and they shouldn't have made the Ador accounts if they doesn't have anything to announce.

IDK a lot, just the one from Japan wich was an idea by Hiroomi Tosaka (Member of the boygroup "Sandaime J Soul Brothers from EXILE TRIBE") after he opend up his own agency CDL Entertainment last year. Tosaka was like "blah blah JPop should become more popular blah blah and IDK what to do so I thought to ask Hybe since they are literally the most known Asian company right now blah blah" and than ended up saying when he finishes a Japanese survival show the girlgroup has to be co-produced by Hybe ... the show ended I think in the end of January or early February and people are pissed curently cause the winner are not announced yet. I think people are mainly pissed cause this Ruann-girl was participant in the show and since it is not revealed if she made it or not people want an answer
And yes I'm not kidding with the group, I mean Hiroomi even made an entire video about that

As I know how LDH, wich is the main agency (since CDL is a sublable of them) works like I could most likly think that it takes them 1 or 2 years to reveal the official line up of the group and than 1 more year to debut them since most groups only debuted after the trainee were part of the agency for quit some years. I mean sure there are people in LDH who debuted after a few months but if you look at the profiles of their most idols you see that it took many up to 3 years till they debuted
