As the title says. I feel like this is something I noticed among kpop stans. Some like the title tracks but not the bsides. Others don't like the tt but they like the bsides.
For me, I think it is hard to measure best. Everyone has different tastes so the best song is going to be varied from person to person.
But from a business point I think the title track should be one of the "best" but not the best track.
The reason for it to be one of the best is because many people don't listen to the full albums.
Most casual listeners just listen to tts and leave(some fans do this too).
I feel like if people like the tt then they are more likely to check out the album which increases the chances of them becoming hardcore fans. Which in turn brings more money.
But the reason the title track shouldn't be the "best" is because of customer satisfaction.
If people don't like the rest of the album/don't feel what they felt from the tt they won't like the album.
Which can cause them to not really check out the albums anymore and sometimes even the title tracks.
What do you guys think?
