Basically Ningning was not considered beautiful enough by some Chinese fans to debut (not as bad as Hina and Herin's comments though) , and they thought she was fat. Even in the Black Mamba debut people were calling her fat and like a pig 
They also made up predebut controversies . She was accused of leaking info, stealing people's money, and playing favorites with fans, none of which she actually did.
What happened is that usually SM trainees can't have any type of social media, but some Chinese trainees were given the green light to have a weibo account. Both Ningning and Yiyang (ex-sm trainee) had weibo accounts, and on there both used a feature to answer fan questions. She answered questions about herself, like her favorite SM group and her favorite fruit, but people accused her of leaking info because someone asked her if she was friends with X trainee and she said she didn't think that person was a trainee at all (made up). People accused her of scamming because people gifted her with a pass that would allow her to use like an upgraded version of Weibo (like Weibo plus). She didn't ask nor scam anyone for it, I don't think she needed to.
She didn't answer some questions that would leak info, so she was accused of only answering certain users, or "playing favorites". The reason this happened as well, is because someone asked her who she was close to, and she said Renjun, Kun and Chenle, and she liked a post saying Renjun was handsome, so some fans blew up on her and said she ruined Renjun (??? she said they were friends???).
So...she also got her wiki terrorized by some netziens after Black Mamba.
