What do you mean never happened? Mamamoo is literally the first girl group with all member debuting on Billboard with their debut songs, and they're the most successful soloist overall if you're not just looking at streaming numbers globally.
BP solos so far can't be judged, because they're rookies, but other groups doing this for years!

Sure, but a small agency groups can't have the same sales as a BIG4 group, that's why being successful can mean different things. Mamamoo always fought 2 hands tight behind their back. So, the fact that they're still successful worldwide, not just in Korea without any real promotion from their company, means they're more successful than basically every BIG4 soloist since the 3rd gen.
And as Yama already said, they're the 1st 3rd gen soloist setting many records, and yes, neither of those are massive sale or streaming numbers, but still, even today, no other group member soloist achieved those stats since the 3rd gen.

Yes, and both CUBE and Starship are a Mid-size agency, Starship is even bigger, because they're under Kakao Ent.
RBW compared to these agencies are basically nonexistent, and was built by Mamamoo, and Mamamoo alone! To be fair, CUBE only exist because of Soyeon, but even if I don't like to say this, they help them more than RBW helped MMM, like ever.

I think, neither of the charts means much, but that's just me, because I don't give a damn about charts, sales or streaming numbers, but I'm obviously happy to see if my faves doing well.
On Billboard, the HOT100 Exclusive US, and the BB200 are the main chart, but the Digital Sales and the Album charts are important as well.
Also, Mamamoo as a group and as soloists are much better on iTunes.
BP is more successful outside of Asia with streaming and album sales, but that's all. I think only Rose and Jisoo had physical sales, and their Chinese fans are a massive help.
Touring is nonexistent for them, because they never did a concert as soloists, but Mamamoo already has sold-out solo tours. Wheein finished her World Tour in Asia, Europe and America, Byul finished the Asia tour and next moth the US tour coming and probably the EU tour. Solar (already finished Asia tour) and Hwasa is coming next.
BP members need at least 2 or 3 years to start thinking about a solo World Tour. Rose will be the first, I'm sure, because she already has half of BP's discography. The next is probably Jennie. The other 2... I don't think they ever gonna do a solo World Tour if I'm being honest.

The Euro-American media and music channels only highlight BLACKPINK and its members as soloists, but discriminate against other Korean girl groups to prevent them from becoming as popular.

Unfortunately, such big stars as Bruno Mars only know Jennie, Lisa and Rosรฉ and not KISS OF LIFE and other girl groups, who all deserve to be at least as popular as BLACKPINK.
But they are not, and it is prevented and that is a very bad thing.

Solar debuted with Spit it Out #10 on Melon, and she's the 1st female Idol with the fastest Music Show win! Jisoo came after her as 2nd.
Moonbyul was #21 with Selfish (collab with Seulgi) and she's pretty much the most underrated member of MMM, because she's "the rapper", but she's the best with Album Sales, also the most credited female Idol ever with more than 120 songs.
Also, Moonbyul and Solar are in the TOP10 best-selling album sales this year! And this is a big thing against BIG4 soloists.

Mamamoo and BP are pretty much the only successful 3rd gen soloists, and MMM doing this for years, but BP isn't.

Moonbyul sold the most albums, and her biggest hit was a top 20 song, "Selfish", featuring Seulgi.
So it's not like the unnie line has had no chart success, but the maknae line were the digital powerhouses.
To answer the question of this thread, globally, nobody has done what BP is doing.
In Korea, objectively speaking, no group has done what the Mamamoo members have yet, and they were the first.

Wait, I just realized I didn't answer the question.
I don't think another GG will succeed the same way BP girls have with their solo music both in SK and abroad but there have been many idols who found success outside their group on their own before BP and after BP.
For example, SNSD actress line + Taeyeon, Apink, Twice members like Nayeon, Jihyo, MiSaMo, Dahyun, Yena, Eunbi and Sunmi. I am sure there are many other idols esp 2nd gen's that I am forgetting.
