How did Rosé career fall so damn hard?

what (solo) career? i'm not dragging her, i'm saying that she barely has any solo songs which is inexcusable. how many does she have? 3? 4? what can she do with that? now that she left yge she can finally release music that she wants. looking forward to her debut album

rose is kinda just bleh. like her music is nothing really innovative or interesting. flower was generic but it was catchy, all eyes on me was exciting. gone and on the ground were just depressing and empty. I do like gone though but it's not the best song out there.

I think she's cultivated her image so much on her blond hair that it really gives her no room to really try anything different. she could dye her hair black and do a whole bad girl concept, but she would never do that. I think she has potential if she releases something interesting and good in terms of music quality.

I don't see any it girl potential in Rose at all. The only it girls in Blackpink are Jennie and Lisa. Maybe Jisoo if you squint. I don't really think there's anything very striking about Rose talent wise, you could say she has a unique and soft voice, which I agree with, but then Jisoo also has a unique voice, so she kinda gets overshadowed by her.

Do you ever wonder when your trolling career started to decline? Time to rebrand yourself and leave outdated gimmicks in the past!

i think it's way too soon to say her career fell lol like at least give her a chance to build up her solo career, it's only been about 6 months or so since they finished their contracts.

Among Blackpink members, she usually get the most support from Blinks.

What's this random fake concern thread for Rosé? Why are we acting like her solo didn't reach 400k+ ULs, get a Hot100 entry and sells the best among all BP solos, even now three years after her debut?

OTG lacked longevity but it had the strongest start out of all BP solos.

I think she needed to release an EP and album, but YGE aren’t good at juggling group and solo projects.

She's still much above the average successful idol despite how little she does. Her main interest is singing, and Korean public loved her voice, but YGE wouldn't let her do that... Just wait until she gets a good deal and starts her new solo era

They're not disappointed. The one and only reason Rose are not as "popular" like the others, because she doesn't do trendy songs, while the others only did that so far. Jennie tried it with that Slow Motion song, but failed too, so she did another trendy collab with Zico.

It's pretty clear that Rose is the only member who want to be a real musician, maybe Jennie, we'll see when she releases her album, but the other two are not into this music industry the way Rose are.

Also, being a Korean soloist is a much harder job, even if you're from a massive group. Only few soloists can rule the charts.

Her two song album got over 755M streams. Jisoo got most of her attention into tittle, while Rosé got more divided between Gone and OTG

Girl is the face of all her brands. Has campaigns with them.

Not sure why ppl pretend her solo wasn't successful when except bp members no one outdid her.
