I have a lot of thoughts on the subject of male idol styling/visuals/concepts. I think it would be better to have more diverse body types and styles represented, esp more masculine looks like you said in your OP, but i'm not sure that would sell these days. Everyone seems to want nothing but flower boys. Would a BG that had body types like the famous Korean fitness celebrity be popular? I'm not convinced.

They cant help their height but yes, they could all do what most of us shorties (i'm only a couple inches taller than them) do to overcompensate...hit the gym so that nobody messes with us lol.

I've always viewed myself as short at 181cm a little shorter than them, never had a problem putting on muscle? and many taller than me at my gym and younger than them are big..

Even the tallest countries like the ones in Northern Europe still have average heights shorter than you i think, around 180cm.

Well... I'm from North Europe and have a brother, who is like 190 cm tall.

I think their physiques fit with their aesthetic but a sandwich or two wouldn't hurt any. I know they do diet from time to time. I don't think they need to. I sometimes worry about Soobin because when he gets below a certain weight, it shows in the thinness of his face/cheeks (like his most recent photos).

I didn't used to feel short untill I got into basketball haha and we'll you're not that short as long as you're not under 170 that's alarming.

I spent most of my teen years in a state that is probably the shortest in the US so i never really felt short, boys were 165-182 it seemed like. Then when i went to school on the mainland, i noticed for the first time how short i was. But it wasnt THAT bad back then, esp since i was still taller than most women so it made it easier to get dates (very few women want to date men shorter than them lol).

But now, things are very different. The men dont look much taller nowadays compared to my youth, but boy oh boy, i really notice just how tall the women have become. Thank the lord i'm middle aged now and not 20 anymore, because it seems like they've all grown three inches, I wouldnt get a single look at my height if i were 20 still lol.

Well to answer your question. I don't mind or rather I don't care about it? I like that they are tall and they look like they have defined build. When it comes to looks I prefer I don't have specific type I stick with. I like what I like and it s different all the time.

They all look like 14/15 to me because of how skinny they look. Much more noticeable than TXT to be frank.
