The double standards between NewJeans and IVE/Le Sserafim

Mmm. At risk to bring hate to my faves. i have to ask: Who thinks Ive or LSF is Red Velvet or something?

This isn't a fight worth picking.

The only people going after NJ vocals are fans of groups that were never even known for their vocals. It's the spiderman meme in full effect. Well besides the fact that NewJeans do have good vocals.

They know who they are, and they'd like for us to ignore the fact Mamamoo, Red Velvet and GFriend had the strongest vocal lines by light years.

But you don't see fans of those groups obsessing over vocals nearly as much as others. Almost as if the latter group simply has an agenda

But nothing good will come from this thread.

Considering I saw worse hatred toward BP/Twice during their rookie years about their skills. NJ/IVE/LSR are pretty much barely criticized.

Why would any one say any of these three groups sing well? Lol never heard it from anyone I know. And I sadly know a lot of SM Stan’s.

Imo NJ aren’t very good themselves but they are indeed better than LSFM and Ive in terms of vocal talent.

You should actually consider your fave's vocals being called average as a compliment because the other two groups you mentioned were dragged for their vocals. You just didn't witness the hate they got.

Did y'all ever actually watch any of Le Sserafims encores? There is no way you can call them "better" than NewJeans just because they have two members that are clearly marketed as vocalists.

And IVE? Did y'all remember the hate before I AM was released? Everyone called them unskilled. Just bc they released a song to flex their skills, everyone is suddenly talking about them like they're Red Velvet or something.

If you don't like their singing, listen to vocal oriented groups such as Mamamoo, ReVe or my faves KISS OF LIFE
