This is literally More&More 2.0 era for Twice

The dramatics are too much for an established group who can clearly stay booked and busy no matter how the song flops. This fandom needs to stan a Pristin or Gugudan to get some perspective

Well, I agree with you on the issue just being the song.

I just don't think it's bad like you make it sound, it's just not exceptional pike previous tracks.

The standards and expectations just too high now for Twice.

Young groups from big companies rely on like 60% fan and 40% song but as a group ages, it becomes 20% fans 80% song so while the songs aren't bad, their releases have to be better than ever to chart well and that's just natural as a girl group ages. The fandom can no longer carry the song alone even though the fandon is larger than ever.

That's why I keep saying stop worry about charts, once you take out charts from the equation, you'll see how well Twice is actually doing. Chart measures trendiness, not success.

I only listened to it once.

I'm not even motivated to watch the reaction videos like usual. Only thing I have been watching are the little snippets of the choreo (on mute).

Despite only having listened to it once though, I still know what the chorus sounds like, so there's that.

When I heard it first time I thought it sounded like a hit but apparently not lol.

In any cases I like it a lot, it's the first kpop girl group title track I like in 4 months. (I'm not counting Dreamcatcher - Reason as a title track)

The good thing about what is happening is it is removing all the success stans in your fandom. All the loyal ones are remaining

They should really promote Wallflower. More people deserve to know it. It's been on repeat the whole day.

Unironically Idk how popular this is but I find this a good thing . It is depressing that the sounds they're going for aren't as trendy I suppose. Plus better something than pure confusion(Nmixx, Itzy).
