One of the main reasons why pound for pound twice are the greatest kpop gg ever. To consistently release like they have for 7 plus years and have dominated in multiple areas in multiple countries like they have is insanely impressive and rare.

The reason why people are so consistently surprised by Twice's number his because they dont really get as much media play as BP and BTS. This makes sense as honestly twice streaming power is not what it used to be, at least in Korea. But when it comes to tours and album sales they definitely are improving album over album and year over year. Selling 1.7 million is pretty crazy turn around from selling 1 million a little over 5 months ago. Plus fans have to buy the concert tickets as well. I think besides having more versions that does show significant growth.

This is completely true. In fact the current trend of GGs selling just as well as boy groups began with Twice all the way back in 2016. Twice has consistently been the first or 2nd best selling girl group for 7 years. Thats not an easy thing to do.
I knew digipacks would impact sales a lot but a 700k increase? Crazy. Twice will always be the best selling Kpop GG!

i just saw that music plaza has a 9 ver set. i already preordered the regular album but i'm so tempted to get those too
