I also love your sheep plushies

It's not just a sheep, it's from Diddl. So basicly Diddl was a big deal in the 90s and 2000s, but barly exists anymore here. It was mainly famous in Germany and based around a mous, it's girlfriend, many friends and some family members etc.

    So there had been

    • Diddl
    • Diddlina - Diddl's GF
    • Pimboli - Best friend of Diddl (A bear)
    • Mimihops - Pimboli's GF and best friend of Diddlina (A bunny)
    • Ackaturbo - A friend of Diddl, also often hanging around Merksmir Lettermampf and Professor Diddldaddl Blubberpeng
    • Professor Diddldaddl Blubberpeng - A friend of Diddl and known as crazy professor
    • Merksmir Lettermampf- A very smart character and always hanging around Professor Diddldaddl Blubberpeng (A worm)
    • Simsaly - Just a fairy
    • Lalunaly - hangs around Simsaly (A unicorn)
    • Galupy - Owned by Diddlina (A horse)
    • Bibombl - Owned by Diddl (A dog)
    • Lolli Lovebear - Another friend of Diddl (a bear)
    • The Frog-Brothers - Literally the 3 oponents of Diddl (frogs)
    • Milimits - Owned by Diddl (a cat)
    • Tiplitaps - A friend of Diddl and also portrayed as hanging around Pimboli often (a turtle)
    • Wollywell & Vnillivi - A white and black sheep that are a couple, but the black sheep is portayed as to be owned by Diddl while the white one was owned by Diddlina

I had so much stoff to collect as a kid and also read the magazine whenever it came out, that also had cartoons inside, but when I was feeling too old, I just kept like 1-2 things from what I collected and the Wollywell is one of them

The hype really died around it. I mean wikipedia says the company who produced Diddl made 150 million € in 2003, but nowadays the company probably makes no money at all with it no more

edit: there are some more characters, but they arn't listed on Wikipedia. I know for sure that Diddlina used to have an uncle who is a detective for example and that there had been also other characters like a rockstar, native tribes, a nurse, ballerinas, ... etc.

I don't have a fave cause I dind't watched anyone in more than 1 show, but due to the outro music of one Jdrama I watched, I started to like Dean Fujioka a bit, since I liked the song and begun to listen to all of his songs. He has quit some good music

    again lyrics translated by myself

Sometimes I'm down baby, than high again

Voices in my head never leave me alone

You can turn me off with purple wine

Voices in my head, they sneak around my neighborhood

Sometimes I'm down baby, than high again

Voices in my head never leave me alone

You can turn me off with purple wine

Voices in my head, they sneak around my neighborhood

I smoke a dose all alone in front of my window

Which is smaller than my eyes, when its getting daytime

But if you feel shit, I jump behind the steering wheel

Give you a kiss and drive to the bar

And trow four row trought the club, 2 bottles on my neck (I hope you get the meaning, its like if you pay and tell people they don't need to like "hey I get you all drinks, you don't have to pay")

Real friends, catch me baby, if I die

I know your way, the devil calls

I preffer to fight against myself, yeah

For each song I wrote Platinum, I buy gold and Karat around my neck

Hide the pain and tell on stage that it was ony apple juice

I just downed the mix just cause I always hurt you

I should cutt of here, cause you want to go

But if you're gone, you'll never come back to me, yeah

Its a piece, it stays inside me, a piece, that goes

But it's not taking me any further

Say are you mad or do you want me to buy a bottle for us two tonight?

Sometimes I'm down baby, than high again

Voices in my head never leave me alone

You can turn me off with purple wine

Voices in my head, they sneak around my neighborhood

Sometimes I'm down baby, than high again

Voices in my head never leave me alone

You can turn me off with purple wine

Voices in my head, they sneak around my neighborhood

    1. Huenning Kai's dad released an album where he was singing in Chinese after living for a bit in China and also randomly scored a number 1 in the Chinese charts with that thing. I think it was said that the album even had platinum in China lol or at least gold, IDK
    2. One of the most overrated (but good) Kdramas ever is Hwarang, simply just cause almost 80% of the viewers just watched it because of V from BTS who played a side character in it
    3. Mark of NCT sometimes secretly leaves the shared apartment of his group in the morning to go to his aunt's house to have breakfast with her... went well for him ... till oneday Johnny followed him and filmed it for a vlog and Mark was mad that Johnny knew where his aunt was living and asked him to go, but his aunt was too nice and invited Johnny for breakfast, thinking he was just a friend of Mark, not knowing that he is a boygroup member from Mark's group. Apparently his aunt didn't even knew that Mark was a KPop-idol
    4. Some of the Japanese people who are under JYP, aswell as a few ex. trainees who are Japanese stated that it was kinda creepy when being scouted by JYP. He apparently went to Japan, went into some dance academies and watched dance classes trought the windows in the hallways and stayed till class was over and than asked the people he liked the most from watching them dance, if they can imagine to join JYP. One member of NiziU said she found it kind of creepy, especially since she didn't even knew him before and was thinking he was a confused older man
    5. There used to be a boygroup that disbanded when it came out that 2 of the 6 members had been gay and another menber bisexual after the two gay members came out dating eachother. The couple became Twitch-streamers after that, but broke up apparently some years later
    6. When Woosung came to Korea, he auditioned for whatever KPop-label he could find cause he wanted to become a soloist, but he didn't knew what company was a good one, so he joind a random label and since the band the label had needed a main vocalist, he was told to be their vocalist. Some years later he said he was not really happy when he was told that he got the contract he hoped for, but was reading in the conditions that he was signing to join a band instead of becoming a soloist, so he was at first not too happy meeting the band, but he begun to like the people a lot when The Rose debuted and stil hoped for a solo debut till he got one some years later
    7. Baekho revealed that even after NU'EST disbanded he was keeping contact to the members of the group and had all their contacts still listed in his phone like when they were a group, so his phone contacts read like "NU'EST Ren" or "NU'EST JR" etc.
    8. TOP MEDIA sucks so much as a company, that every artist left by now, except the group MCND, but the members of MCND can't even take TOP any serious no more, so oneday in a live stream when Win and Castle J were reading comments of fans, a guy wrote in Korean that his dream was to join TOP MEDIA oneday and Win and Castle J were looking at eachother confused and than went of screen to loudly laugh about this comment cause they couldn't take it serious
    9. When Shion of the JPop-group JO1 was asked why he was scoutet for FNC Entertainment, since he was an ex. trainee he said: "I couldn't sing, dance or speak Korean at that time, but they for sure took me cause I'm handsome" it was also said he had to leave FNC after 1 year as like all other Japanese trainees that had been there at the same time, cause of the lack in speaking Korean. Aparently FNC was feeling cheap and didn't wanted to pay a language class, so they asked Soul of P1harmony who was also just a trainee (and a kid) back than if he couldn't teach the Japanese trainee in Korean, because Soul is half Japanese, but this was where it didn't worked, so Shion said he only knows basic Korean from the time he was in FNC, even tho one of his members belives that Shion would be fluently by now lol
    10. Bang Chan of Stray Kids wrote 2 JPop-songs by now. Paradise for NiziU and YOLO-Konde for JO1 (Altho for YOLO-Konde, JO1 ditched the demo-lyrics Bang Chan wrote and made their own)

The Japanese music industry is finally opening a bit more??

Not for all. Namie Amuro decided to get her music removed from the internet when she ended her career. It deeply shook her fans, since nobody knows if the songs might come back someday, but most people respect her decision even if it sucks.

Starto (formerly known as Johnnys&Asociates or Johnny's Entertainment) is adding a few artists but sometimes it is not even the entire discography. You can ad any name you want to Spotify and look it up and will either not find them, just a song or only stuff after ex. members left for most. The only people with full discographies uploaded are those with special treatments like ARASHI for their 20th and EIGHT (formerly known as Kanjani8) for their 25th anniversary or Travis Japan because of the (somehow flopping) idea to produce a 'international' known JPop-group. But acts like for example KAT-TUN are only posted to Spotify since the curent line up, that means you find only songs from 2021 and newer, but nothing between 2007-2020 (due to ex. members) and Snow Man as another example only has 1 song on Spotify

It's so random, cause after Starto enabled Youtube accounts, Twitter accounts, Instagram accounts and even TikTok for their acts, you would think they have all their songs on Spotify and other streaming services by now, but nope

But most companies are mostly or even fully having stuff on streaming services and a few (not many as of now) even have subtitles (at least in English) on their videos as like artists under BMSG and Lapone Entertainment almost always have English subtitles, but if you try to look up for example people of Sony, Avex or another company, it will be hard since they most likly don't ad subtitles or only subtitle the MVs but not the vlogs etc.
