I want other idols to read this. Because there is so many trolls out there and so many idols getting hurt by their comments.
Sakura is a very intelligent and thoughtful woman, I really love the things she says about being yourself and not getting stressed over criticism because it sounds like it comes from her experience and not just the same cliches all celebrities say.
I really like what she says here "People who have liked me till now could end up thinking, What happened to the Kkura I used to like? But people can’t always stick to the same thing, and their capacity for expressing themselves and the things they can say will change based on how old they are." many people judge the current Sakura based on how she was in the past, rather than appreciating her for what she is with unbiased eyes.
also her comment supporting the LGBT community really shows the confidence of an industry titan, to say something you know is right even if there may be backlash, super cool

I think it's also good to point out that having Sakura in IZ*ONE also means that she also shared those experiences with the rest of the members. Even Nako and Hitomi with their experience in the Japan industry, and also Chaeyeon with her multiple setbacks from Kpop Star and SIXTEEN (the show that made Twice)
All these experiences and support makes the IZ*ONE members stronger in terms of mentality when they debut again solo (Yena/Hyewon/Yuri/Eunbi) and in their groups like Chaewon/Wonyoung/Yujin.
Especially Wonyoung she has gotten so much and I mean SO MUCH HATE just by existing but it doesn't even seem like she faltered in fact she is growing stronger than ever

I really hope she remembers the 2:6:2 rule, she's so young too. People come down so hard on popular idols, I can only imagine how mentally strong you have to be to deal with it.

words cannot express how much admiration & love i have for her ugh
it was a great read you can see how she gained a strong & determined mindset over the course of her multiple debuts
also being a foreign idol in Korea you'd think she'd stay silent on issues like LGBTQ+ since she's already gets a ton of hate off her ethnicity alone but she chose to speak up ugh i love her so much 
An idol speaking so honestly and genuinely about the lgbtq+ community instead of just waving a flag or wearing a rainbow shirt is so refreshing and means so much to me. Having been in the industry and experiencing so many different things has made her so wise and she is a fantastic role model, not just for fans but other idols too. The younger members of le sserafim are secure with her as a member in the group.
I never knew about Sakura’s personality before but I was impressed when I saw her talking to kids (Japanese and Korean) in ODG. There I see that Sakura has a lot of life experience and is a thoughtful person.
