Scandal aside... I really thought from watching their performances it would be Chaewon. She was definitely the best overall performer and was really the one selling the mood.

Yeah, I don't get why she's the center either. Especially when you have members like Sakura, Chaewon, and Kazuha.

Centers are supposed to be visuals/the best representation of the overall group and concept. And, Garam, while pretty, did not seem like the best representation of the group overall.

It feels like they didn't want to give Chaewon both the leader and center position (maybe they wanted to avoid giving the IZ*ONE members too much of the focus), and maybe again, the fact Sakura is Japanese may be the reason she was not chosen as the center.

If we eliminate Chaewon since she is the leader, and Sakura and Kazuha because they are Japanese, I guess Garam felt like the better choice. I'd rather Chaewon had been center and someone else took upon the leader position.

I really hope HYBE sues those who made these allegations. While I'm usually neutral on bullying scandal to give the victims the benefit of the doubt and for the accused to be presumed innocent unless otherwise proven, this is just so fucked up and obvious.

not sure if there's a real center, the center position seems to switch a lot between garam and Sakura

but let's be honest none of them felt like the real center, considering that chaewon was stealing the spotlight everytime, and felt the most like the center of the group

Ignoring the scandal I did not expect her to be the center. She seems more like the visual. She’s too, idk, cute? to be Lesserafim’s center. I don’t look at her and think “fearless”. Sakura, Chaewon, Kazuha and Yunjin all feel like more obvious center picks. I’d probably have gone with Kazuha. Charismatic visual who fits the concept and is a strong dancer and vocalist. A pretty perfect center

From the performance, chaewon, sakura,kazuha and Yunjin all have better stage presence. A super weird choice to put garam in center. She is not that eye-catching as compared to the rest
