they coulda started by not releasing a statement that was the equivalent to "hey did you do this" and her say "no, i was bullied actually" and releasing an entire statement on it after all within like 12 hours

She's being accused of cyberbullying on facebook, someone needs to hack her account and check if it's true where are the ones who love doxxing when you need it? or at least check out facebook messages those who are accusing her
