With the current situation, I'm in, buy a house for my mom and me (this might sound selfish but ill explain why it's not) because my mom and I live with her mom, her dad, her brothers (two), my cousin, and her mom. mind this house is only a 3 bedroom house. after, split the remaining money in half, one half for money needed to pay any bills and the other half will be too but stuff like furniture/decor for the house, I just really wanna get out of this place.

- i'd buy shinee's new album - all versions, i'd buy several copies of each just to get the photocards and sell/trade the duplicates. then i'd sell the reality versions.
- i'd get an army bomb, shating star, shabat, txt lightstick, enhypen lightstick, ateez lightstick, and probably some more shinee lightsticks. i'll also throw in seventeens lightstick just cause it's pretty.

- i've been wanting to get into gardening so I'd buy some seeds and supplies for a hydroponic system plus wood and soil to build a raised bed
- i'd buy an iPhone xr and a MacBook

- i'd finally get prepping supplies and organize a bug out bag
the last bit I'd spend on Walmart gift cards to give to homeless people whenever I drive by them

I'd give some to my fav youtuber to help them survive capitalism
Then the rest to mutual aid funds
Idk how much I'd get to within an hour. I bet just the lightsticks would take me an hour cause I'm slow like that.

- 420k used to do a premium financing on a 1.5mil life insurance that pays me 54k a year perpetually for the rest of my life. This would cover daily expenses etc etc. Would also be sufficient to cover a mortage loan for a house if I stretch the loan over a long period of time
- Maybe around 200k for investments/stocks stuff
- Remaining 380k ..... the thing is I don't really have a desperate need for anything so I'll still need to think about it

a mansion to live (along with furniture and stuff) , a few other property sites,already have a few cars in mind i'll chose one of them, insurances here and there, netflix and spotify premium, mobile plans straight 1 yr plan (it exists right?), a lot of chothes, gadgets and instruments (piano and guitars atleast) (í'll do online shopping since i'm running out of time now) and then i would buy all of txt's albums and use some in stocks

I'll invest all of it in stocks. I thought of saying "buy a house," but that won't realistically work. I don't want to hastily purchase a house in under an hour. With stocks, that money is still there to retrieve at a later time, so I can decide to sell those stocks to buy a house later.

I would pay my loans, too, lol. Probably I would buy a house/apartments, a car may be. I will definitely purchase new outfit, shoes and jewelry. As for the jewelry, I'd check the reviews first to avoid situations similar to those from agape diamonds reviews :D
