[Imagine ] if polarizing song from your fave sung by other group not your fave would you like the song?

i would love to hear others' renditions. whether they can pull it off or not is another thing, but i respect people's efforts with covers whether or not they're "as good as the original".

Good examples. None of the groups there are my faves and I don’t like any of the listed song. Well, I like RBB a bit.

Edit: it’s ZZB. Then no, I don’t like that one.. it’s so bad

If they did a good job of it but some songs can only be sung for or by that group.

I mean, I love AESPA and I don't like Savage at all.

Really, the only difference this makes is that I'm more likely to listen to the song in the first place if one of my fave made it, but who sings it doesn't really impact if I will like or dislike a song.

I can't tell, the human elements of songs play a huge in its likability to me, and with that I mean vocal tones and skills, performance style etc. So this is not as simple as the question makes it seem.

probably not...if the song was polarising to begin with it probably wouldn't matter who sang it even if it were from my favs...

It would be the same thing that happened with NCT: I dislike it at first and then it grows on me.

I'll be honest, Thunderous wasn't my favorite comeback from them, so I might listen to it occasionally, but I wouldn't like it as much.

I love all three of the girl group "polarizing" songs, so I would love them no matter who sang them. That being said, each of the respective groups aced singing the song that they got.

I most of these songs and they're all by groups I don't stan, so I suppose

I agree with this. A good song is a good song, no matter who sings it and a bad song is a bad song, no matter who sings it. There are also songs by my faves I don't like (Boxer) and songs by a group I don't stan that I love (Twit). Have a great day/night!

I love all the songs you mentioned except Wa Da Da and I only stan Stray Kids.

Like others say it's not that simple, if Sticker was already dragged to hell and back, I can't imagine if the group who did it wouldn't have the singers NCT 127 have, or had weaker rappers. Sticker without good vocal output and harmonization would completely loose it's purpose

rap parts always suck cuz rappers who do them are no match for bts rapline, so it ruins everything for me
