What group or idol did you unstan/lose interest over time and why?

For me it was Super Junior. I had been a fan since 2011 and unstanned them early last year mainly because I felt their music had declined and their personalities were a bit immature. No I don't miss being a fan of them as I had devoted many years to them and supported their music but felt it was time to move on. Also due to my age I was way too old to be "fangirling" and they just didn't do anything for me anymore.

Girl's Day because they released a terrible song and had a scandal that wasn't serious but still entirely avoidable and annoying. Just stop putting the dumplings on the floor

A lot technically, I went through a phase where I felt like I needed to stan a bunch of groups but really didn't. Eventually realized that I more just casually enjoyed some of their music and their other content ever so often which resulted in me "unstanning" a ton of groups

I went from somewhere in the double digits to just 2 and have stayed consistent with these 2 as they're my only real stan list lmao having the other ones on my stan list overwhelmed me because I felt this need to keep up with them when I wasn't compelled to

For me, Blackpink and now somewhat Ateez. I'm a music fan and Blackpink just doesn't release enough music for me to consider it worthwhile to fully stan them still. As for Ateez, for some reason they aren't holding my attention anymore. I still like their music and I like the members but I'm STILL BORED for some reason? I'm not sure what it is. I'm honestly going through a weird phase right now

I realized that I like the rap line more than the group itself (I mean music-wise). When they changed the direction of their music to more pop leaning songs, this became more clear for me. Meanwhile, I do like RM and Suga's solo work.

It took me years to realize why I wasn't interested on that anymore tbh. I still listen to their albums just to check what they're releasing and the songs are good tho.

Tbh, I just stopped keeping up with both of these groups. Nothing really led me to "unstan" them.

Blackpink. I just got tired of waiting between releases. Like I would understand if they released an entire album with 15 tracks every two years like American artists but releasing singles and mini albums just got boring for me. Right now the only groups that I stan are Shinee, BTS, and TVXQ and soloist is Jaejoong. I really want a girl group to get into but the only one whose music I liked was Blackpink. I'm still checking out their releases, just not going to stream their stuff or watch their shows. I'm starting to not like BTS as much but I'm going to wait for their next album to make that call since I find I like their B-sides more then their title tracks these days. BE is the first album where I didn't like a lot of the B-sides but since that's the only album they released for 2 years I'm hoping their next album is better. I definitely had songs I liked but there were only 7 tracks on the album so.... But B&G and Fly to my room are a bop. Plus Film out was really good.

Got7, used to be a hard core Igot7 for a while, I still kind of am tbh, but one day I just stopped watching their content, sometimes I go back and watch their old videos because their still my past ults. I also lost interest in itzy, I used to love them so much but I stopped liking their b-sides after wannabe and I missed their old concepts and didn't like their new concepts, and lastly BTS, pretty obvious, was a huge stan in 2019 and had a stan twt account dedicated to them but after persona I stopped liking their releases and slowly lost interest, but right now I'm going through this weird phase where Im starting to like my old ults again...
