I liked To The Beautiful You starring Minho and Sulli
Hard to pick, many good dramas with kpop idols. But all Reply dramas are really good and among my dramas favorites. Reply 1997 with A Pinks Eun Ji, Reply 1988 with Girl's Days Hyeri and Reply 1994 with Dohee from Tiny G in a support role.
But the dramas with IU are also hard not to mention.

Idol the Coup
Cast:
Hani (Ahn HeeYeon) most recently appeared in the dramas “You Raise Me Up”, “SF8” and “Not Yet Thirty.”
Actor Kwak SiYang has acted in the dramas “Lovers Of The Red Sky”, “Genesis”, “Alice”, and “Welcome 2 Life.”
Former "Produce X 101" contestant, Kim MinKyu, most recently starred in the web drama “Pop Out Boy!” and will be taking on his second leading role in this drama.
The idol-filled cast also includes members of the fictional girl group, Cotton Candy. The members are LABOUM’s SolBin (“Backstreet Rookie”, “Soul Plate”), WJSN’s Exy (“The Flatterer”), REDSQUARE’s Green (“Love #Hashtag”), and actress Han SoEun (“The Witch’s Diner”, “18 Again”, “Mystic Pop-Up Bar”, “Class Of Lies”).
The members of the fictional boy group, Mars, include idols Hong EunKi (“Some Air”), former X1 member and current solo artist, Lee EunSang ( upcoming drama “Part-Time Melo”), and actors Jo JoonYoung (Cho JunYoung) (“Live On”, “Dear. M”) and Baek SeoHoo (“Color Rush”).
U-KISS's Jun (Lee JunYoung) ("Goodbye to Goodbye", "Class of Lies", "Good Casting", "Please Don't Date Him", "Imitation") and Jung InSun ("Welcome to Waikiki", "My Secret Terius", "Psychopath Diary", "How To be Thirty") are confirmed for this drama.
NU'EST's JR, Yoon JiSung, AB6IX's DongHyun, and Jang DongJoo are also part of the cast raising the interest of fans. JR and Yoon JiSung are debuting in acting with this drama. But note that JR had some acting experience before in the Japanese movie "Their Distance" and that Yoon JiSung is acting in musicals. AB6IX's DongHyun has previous experience with the web drama "Convenience Store Fling". Fun fact, the three idols were part of "Produce 101" Season 2.
