MBLAQ was a South Korean boy group formed in 2009 by J. Tune Camp. The group consisted of 5 members Seungho, G.O, Mir, Lee Joon, Thunder. The group debuted with their debut single "Just BLAQ." The group debuted on October 15, 2009 at Rain's Legend of Rainism concert. MBLAQ was especially associated with the South Korean singer Rain. The singer wrote the track "Y" for the group which Rain also composed, produced and choreographed.
On December 2014, it was announced Joon and Thunder had departed from the group and they will focus on individual activities for the time being.
In 2017, Seung-ho also parted ways with J. Tune Camp to pursue his solo careers. Officially, MBLAQ is not disbanded, but only on hiatus.
