Is Treasure YG’s first flop group?

Did y’all not learn from Stray Kids & NCT to stop being so trigger happy to call groups flops? Cuz then y’all will look stupid when they hit big

And if you’re not supporting them, then whether they’re flopping or not should be of no concern to you

That’s a bit harsh. They haven’t released anything recently to be called a flop and their earlier stuff have done well. YG is horrible at managing though

I think they have decent presence on the social media (based on social metric idk if this accurate data?) and they have pretty great youtube subscribers

Maybe the title song choices that affect their charting also they haven't comeback for more than 8 months

It's too early to tell but they definitely are taking longer to get famous than any YG group ever. Knowing how impatient YG is, and the fact that they've been on hiatus so long, they're not in a good place right now.

Digitals wise yeah. I don't see that changing in korea tbh, even less with the way yg manages their groups + the company lost all respect they had left in 2019.

At least they have okay album sales

sad that people think you are trolling when its facts that they are flops but they aren't YGs first flop group, just the first group to flop from debut.

Well, they arent a flop at all, but by YG standards i feel they are lacking at least in the digital area, Winner and Ikon songs charted kinda well even if they didnt become huge hits, but I dont see that happening with Treasure.

But I can see them going the NCT 127 or Stz route, but without reaching the 1 million mark (at least in a few years).

Are we holding Treasure to the same standard as Blackpink?

The problem is they are from yg, where all bgs debuted with a decent charting song. But yeah these are different times and people usually dont care about groups with too many members

I doubt they would’ve been any better as 5-7. Also big group, especially boy groups, still do well. If anything, the public just doesn’t care about BGs anymore

their yt views are not that bad at all, and they have pretty good engagements on twitter, nowadays boygroups are taking time to get recognition so its early to judge, and i dont understand why ppl expect treasure to pull high numbers when they debuted after yg having those bs in 2019 and also not giving them proper song to showcase their talent & charm?

And saying that Treasure has no power in social stats lmaoooooooo

Treasure is TOP 3 in social stats even while being in long hiatus. Other bgs can only wish to have 1/16 of these stats.
