Yeah pretty much everyday. Either home cooked meal in the evening or eating out in the day or both. Beef, lamb, fish and especially chicken.
I have tried going vegetarian (not vegan) for a few days years ago and while it wasn't that hard of change I didn't really like the stuff I ate. Veggie burgers were crap, going to restaurant for a veggie meal was expensive compared to meat versions (my friend orderd chicken curry which cost the same as my bean and lentils curry, I can literally cook that stuff from cans at home and I'm a shit cook lol) and sometimes getting a veg meal was hard unless I settled for like a sandwich and some snacks instead of say fast food chiekcn wings and chips. I don't think I could be a longtime vegetarian.

I don't. I've been vegetarian for ten years in November and don't miss it one bit. In fact, it's the best move I've ever made. I did it for animal welfare reasons plus health and cost. I am careful with iron and take supplements. I can't stand the stuff. My daughter was one as well but she has gone back to eating meat, that's okay with me as long as I don't have to cook it.

I simply just don't eat meat. I still eat poultry and sea food.
with all due respect my friend poultry is still meat...
seafood whilst meat per se but not techinically fall under the 'meat' category
-
I'm pretty much pescatarian because I do eat seafood.

Pretty much everyday.

I love meat, especially beef!

-
meat is for animals not humans.
And actually, other than Seafood and Chicken, Egg, other meats like Beef and Pork are unhealthy. So I only eat Chicken for the proteins.

Not since November 1987.

Oh I meant 'red' meat then. Usually whenever I go to a supermarket, they divide the poultry and meat section so I thought poultry isn't included in the meat category. I learnt something today

rarely...

Rarely.

Everyday and I know it's making me unhealthier so I need to resist.
-
i eat chicken or fish most of the time, and red meats only once or twice a week
-
I avoid it and tbh, I was never a big fan. I'm very picky when it comes to meat. I once ate meat daily for one month and got a really bad acne because usually, the chickens are full of hormones.
I'm not a vegetarian because I can't refuse a McDonald hamburger, nuggets, or other ultra-processed stuff lol, but steaks, chicken wings, sausages, pork, and beef are something that I rarely eat, I simply never crave for it and sometimes disgusts me.

all day, every day. I'm a big guy I need protein
