Of course we don't know anything as fact but the way things are happening, I am leaning towards true. They tried to settle with her to shut her up and delete everything online. Also, China is very different. They have reputation rights and you can't just make up rumors like these and hope to escape unscathed. It's interesting that Kris's side has kept quiet except the one letter on July 8th. Usually by this time, any innocent celebrity would be suing DMZ for violating his reputation rights.
