Just a few, but yeah, Stray Kids is nice. JYP overall is focusing on stage pressence and charisma which is good
u may need to see ATEEZ as well
this song is so underrated

I think 4th gen have good grips when it comes to stage presence, even much more than 3rd gen groups.
Though I mostly watch boygroups' stuffs so I don't know much about girl groups but 4th gen boygroups surely don't lack stage presence unless you are nitpicking those who are average.

I don't know the group in the OP, but it reminded me somehow of Crayon Pop, or the Celeb Five

As for the whole stage presence discussion, it's so subjective it resembles the discussion about who's an 'it girl' or not, or the discussions where vocal color and unique, distinctive tone of voice is used to state who's a better vocalist.
What all of those have in common is they're all based on someone's personal preference and particular taste in what they like to see in performances, while they fool themselves into thinking 'my view of stage presence is superior to all others'.
Discussions about that are entertaining but endless, since they're based on subjective, personal preference anyway

They didn't have anything fancy on and weren't dolled up either, but were very engaging from start to finish. It was like one scene from a musical. They were feeling it and hitting the moves in a way that I could even feel too! Sounds like there was no "backtrack" on the main vocals. They must have someone talented nurturing this out of them.

I think Weeekly (Jihan's group) have great stage presence and this is an example where they aren't constantly smiling :

Itzy is very good imo, they have great facial expressions too which many ggs lack (even some 3r gen ggs), izone was like that too (except hyewon idk her name sorry, she was so bad )
In the other hand, some 4th gen bgs just are way to over the top...like chill. Txt and cix are good examples that u can do a good job on stage without breaking your neck

Nah you're either looking at the wrong groups or lying. I can't speak for girl groups because I don't follow but I have so many boy groups in mind that are simply eating up groups with years of experience when it comes to stage presence.
I saw you op saying enhypen doesn't stand out from other groups, now you're lying. If you mean versatility - they have it all. Watch Drunk-Dazed performance and then Not for sale performance (the two tracks they were performing one after another on shows during the comeback) or Given-Taken and 10 months (the performances during debut era). If you mean whether their dancers stand out - enhypen is the only group (besides txt) that out of 7 members have 7 members who can be called main dancers. They're the best dancers of the generation and I'm telling you that as a dancer too who can't be biased when it comes to dance since I'm very critical. Also, their choreographies stand out too, I've never seen group have so many hand movements AND manage to not make it look out of place. Honestly I can write you an essay but you can check out their performances yourself because enhypen is definitely one of the strongest groups when it comes to dance presence in kpop rn
