I actually didn't think I was gonna like it, based on the clips I saw from their live performance of it, but listening to the studio version with headphones makes it a lot better. I still miss early aespa's sound, but I know they're probably never going back, and I enjoyed it more than Dirty Work and Whiplash, so I'll take it as a win.

Yes, I agree. They could have done so much more with the song. I was hoping for a changeup at the end but it didn't happen.
It was more like a dance break. There was bridge in demo. They cut the bridge from the demo.

Got to 50sec and gave up. The melody was jarring. Flop.
Its a chill and vibey song but nothing special. Can get a little repetitive but it worked for Whiplash so I think the producers thought why not

Who thought it's a good idea to repeat that "I am a rich man" not just many times in the chorus, but also even the verses AND pre-chorus..?? It gets annoying real fast, not catchy.
Instrumental has some nice parts, and vocals are great. But the song is just not that good.

No you just have limited comprehension of the MV
They are singing about being a "Rich Man"
And if you look closely everything aespa is doing in the MV are things that are stereotypically things are that supposed to be "men's work"
Like american football, car racing, ....
The whole concept of the MV turn around their mom telling them to find a man to do "everything" supposedly everything that they can't do
But they don't need a "rich pan" cuz they are a rich man that can do everything even men things
I gave it a listen and it's alright
i will give it a blop because its not awful but its also not good and I will never listen to it again. Way too repetitive and the MV is so chaotic but not in a good way.

The MV was fun to watch, but the song itself just feels mid. Maybe my opinion changes when I listen to the album without the MV, but it seems 2024 for Aespa was a fluke. The title tracks in 2025 seems to be in the bottom half in Aespa discography. I'm unsure if things changed with production, but the title tracks doesn't seem to be what I like Aespa for.
