I can see BabyMonster rising more

BABYMONSTER will end 2025 as a top 3 girl group. I now have visual and auditory confirmation that they are the most beautiful and vocally talented girl group in existence and they will continue to thrive.

I would also add Meovv, they are just 1 good song away from breaking out, I know it.

Some of these groups already broke through unless you mean they will reach a new level. I thought Kiss of Life has their breakthrough year in 2024 but I can think there's of course room for growth

I didn't care much about their debut but I think there's potential for Meovv to breakthrough. They have the talent and look. They just need to have a good title track and things can happen

Good points. Magnetic is tricky because the song might have been bigger than the group. We will have to see how their next comeback performs but they were affected by the Hybe drama so tough to gauge everything with them

KIOF is interesting because the group started off as nugu and had a breakthrough last year. I think there are levels they can hit this year as the group continues to grow. I somewhat look at them as a group that broke through by leveling up from where they were and are a group that is known among kpop fans. Time will tell if they can enter into the tier where big 4 groups, Ive, and Idle are. Consistency will be key for them because we've seen Stayc start off strong and then somewhat didn't do enough to maintain place

KiiiKiii seems to be doing so well already and the album isn't even out yet.

I'm not really invested in this group (yet, I'm very close though) but it seems to be a best case outcome for Starship. If the main title track is good this group is definitely going places.

I think DIVEs have also warmed up a bit to this group after the initial mixed reactions. The concept being completely different from IVE helps a lot.

EDIT: Babymonster too, they're already dominating 5th gen but they can only go up

Hesitating between MEOVV, H2H, Babymonster and Illit, for obvious reasons.

Kiikii was the 5th option, but after seeing their MV and their performance, I don't know... they had their charm, but I'd need to see more of them to be convinced they're the #1 hot trending group of 2025. I just didn't feel the It factor yet that I felt with IVE when they debuted.

Most of the other groups I hardly even know they existed.
