I told earlier, Koreans considered that performance as a disgrace of the nation. Lsfrm's career as a group is over. Also, Sakura and Chaewon's reactions are totally wrong. They should apologize instead, maybe the general public could give them another chance. HYBE poorly handled this case overall

This is so silly. It seems the attendees enjoyed the performance and had no complaints and I think NME gave them a very high rating.

I've seen multiple reports on various socials from people with direct evidence they were there. The overwhelming consensus is they enjoyed it.

The HUGE majority of pants wetting deadshits are on social media, reposting other peoples clips, weirdoes on forums with a clear agenda (cough) or knetz complaining. Which I addressed in a longer post in the other thread.

That's why a concert experience can be 'fun', but not necessarily filming worthy and even less worthy of being taken on such a stage and such a globale platform if you get what i mean .

It’s ok to admit they did bad and move on. There is no subjectivity here, too much of their performance was objectively terrible. Being on tune is not some subjective opinion we can all have debates over. It’s a binary.

People are overly critical of LSFM and their fans are overly defensive. lol.

Also I get that kpop=soft power yada yada yada, but I still find it interesting that stuff like this is deemed worthy of a slot on the news. Even when it's positive features for BTS, I've found it to be kinda unusual. Here, you might see the story buried in the entertainment section of the news website MAYBE (if it's a slow news day and they need some clicks). More likely, it would be on a gossip blog, though.

No, I don't get what you mean

The ONLY people whose opinion matters here are the people who spent the money to buy tickets, who made the effort to fight crowds and get to the Sahara tent, who spent days getting their fit ready, who made signs and who were in there, in person, in the moment, enjoying the show.

If they, the main audience, enjoyed themselves there and in the moment, they are what matters. Even filming the show is a moot point, because a festival performance is for the here and now and that is how it is enjoyed. That is where the memories are.

The GP at home on their phones didnt pay money, they didnt contribute shit to the performance on the day. Their opinion is worth as much as the money they paid. If they think the performance is bad, they can ask for that money back and get a whole $0 paid into their account.
