Girla other than Soyeon think like too,thats why they had difficulties while recording. Maybe thats the reason why they didnt choose it as a title even tho Soyeon produced as it.

Good for them. It’s a good song. Hopefully they don’t ever make something like super lady and wife again. Fate is definitely more on trend with what is preferred right and you can literally listen to that song anywhere.

If they were to get #1 on Melon Daily and then stay for a whole week on top, it would be the first time a Kpop B side reached #1 on Melon Weekly afaik.
But my question is...do you personally actually like the song? It's nowhere near what's trendy for Kpop or even pop in general. Or are you just hyping it up because of the charting

My favourite from the album was Wife, I wish Wife had this success but clearly the Korean lyrics were too controversial for the Korean GP.
This isn’t my favourite b-side from the album, that is Vision, but I still like Fate. My favourite b-sides tend to be the ones written by Minnie.

I dont think the comparison is fair cause the title tracks - Wanna & Non-stop were already big hit (#1 or top3) before the B sides take over. Neither Super Lady nor Wife reached top5 on weekly chart.
But GIDLE is really IMPRESSIVE. The public is here for them. Good job for unflopping the era, they deserve it

Yes as a partial Neverland, I absolutely love the song. When i showed this song to my friends who enjoyed Queencard but not so much on wife/super lady, they liked Fate immediately too. It has this universal appeal vibe
And fyi, it is not the first time GIDLE have songs with such vibe. They have done this in the past as B sides and many love the sound too.

It fav my 3rd favorite on the album! Revenge-Sl-Fate. I always listen it on the runways or doing home stuff. I makes me feel relax but i didnt expect all of this. I just thought it feels like a spring and koreans might be love it.
