And I'm in no rush. I enjoy the journey. The irony is that older girl group fandoms are the ones who get insecure over NJ's rapid domination of the K-Pop landscape.
They thought some of their most celebrated records would never even be touched, and then here comes a group breaking Spotify records left and right, putting song after song on the Billboard Hot 100, and about to snatch that Billboard 200 record too.
It's the same behavior they criticized 2nd gen stans for back when the 3rd gen groups were on the rise.

NJ fans post NJ record threads all day everyday and IVE fans don't care.

There was no mention of NewJeans, until someone asked if a song could challenge the IVE record, and it was an IVE fan who first responded.
I offered my take on it, and said IVE fan questioned my logic. Hence the argument.
Go find literally any other IVE achievement thread and see how many times NJ fans comment in them.
Now go look at my NJ threads, or any of them, and see the shitshow that usually occurs.

They overhyped every RV song. Acted like every single was the second coming of christ when they were average at best. Plus being a MeU it didn't take much for me to be annoyed by the group for how SM did way more for them throughtout their career than they ever did for f(x).

And no, we Bunnies don't care about IVE in the sense that we see them as a huge threat. I'm personally really cool with IVE and always support their releases. It's just a very small minority who is bothered by IVE but that's rare

She just didn't want the group to get scolded. Reveluvs sent those protest trucks to make SM take notice that mistreating Red Velvet is not okay. I don't see how that's being annoying or toxic? That's just standing up for injustice and wanting to support your favorite group so one can have a better fan experience.
