Yes and no. It's not the cultural juggernaut it used to be, but it's doing fine and especially doing fine by it's network.
The Daryl Dixon spinoff (which is what Lisa is rumoured to be in) is the biggest, highest viewed premiere on AMC+, the network it streams on. It's also the most viewed show ever on AMC+.
The previous record holder was the OTHER Walking Dead spinoff, Dead City.
In February the most anticipated spinoff, The Ones Who Live, which will be about Rick and Michonne, airs and is expected to be bigger still.
Each spin off is more focused on popular characters, tighter and only 6-8 episodes long, not drawn out long seasons. Which helps.

Don't know about 2024, but Jennie I don't have much of a future, well maybe just some kind "famous because she was famous" kind of Idol and model. I would say Lisa and Rosé when it comes to music. Jisoo? don't know what she will do. What I have heard she was not that good in her actress debut in Snowdrop, but maybe she can improve.

Voted Rosé as the dark horse. She is the most vocally talented. If she releases some good music, it should top the charts.
For the others:
Jisoo: Only just released music last year, don't think she'll release any songs this year. I haven't heard her signing any new drama roles or acting in any new dramas. Generally dramas take at least 6-9 mths to film so I think there's really low chance of anything being released by the end of the year.
Jennie: More of a social media influencer
Lisa: She is Thai

I was half trolling, half serious when I said this but it will most likely end up being true.
Jennie seems to be focusing on fashion/variety, Jisoo signed to an unknown label and her drama is gonna be on Coupang Play not Netflix or Disney+ so yeah another flop project. Lisa is gonna make no noise in Korea so she can't possibly be the most successful. And it's not like Lalisa did better than OTG internationally. Rosé debuted higher on Hot100 and is the only BP member with #1 on Global 200 and ex. US.

Honestly could be any of them but my money is on Jennie, then Rose, Lisa and Jisoo in that order. She's already starting the year with a bang with a variety show with YJS, which means weekly content, and has the most momentum ATM thanks to you and me. Her dropping music is 50/50 imo. She did complain about the lack of songs for years so the variety stuff may be leading up to a CB.
Rose could be a dark horse and I predict alot of covers from her, and a CB if not a mini. I predict at least an online concert.
We have no idea how good Lisa is at acting or how big her role will be in TWD. Unless her role is significant, can't see it doing huge things for her and I doubt she will drop music this year. But, if her BF makes a company for her/backs her the rest will find it hard to compete with that LVMH money and she could lead the pack with loads of ads.
Jisoo...unlikely to top the rest. The korean acting reviews I saw were not nice and I doubt she will drop music for a while. Apparently she is joining her brothers company biomom (literally makes baby food) under a sublabel and they are recruiting a team to work for her. The fact that they had to put out ads instead of using industry connections does not bode well. She'll probs work on her acting and start a role in October and focus on her YT in the meantime.

timing also matters, MONEY was by far the most successful BP solo song. if lisa is smart she sticks with that sound.
Rosé might have them all beat if she did in fact sign with Columbia and they manage her debut properly.
