Did ateez got sabotaged by hybe and big 3 or are fans just coping?

Not sure if it really happened but wouldn't be surprised if Big 4 are trying to sabotage them.

I saw clips of them performing Answer and they reminded me of BTS stage presence, literally the only BG that did that for me.

Answer is still one of the best BG songs ever.

Not sure if there is an organized effort to silence them in Korea though. Unlike GGs like Stayc and Idle, it seems like BGs just cant reach GP unless they're from the Big 4. The only non Big 4 BG that can even hope to reach broader popularity seems to be the Produce groups like Wanna One, X1 and now Zerobaseone.

Hybe is attempting to recreate Ateez, when they have Bts as much better example?

In the current era dominated by girl groups, aside from a very top boy groups like BTS, Big Bang, Seventeen, and few others, the public and media show little interest in lesser-known groups, especially when their songs are not widely recognized. It's as simple as that.

Those fans need to wake up. Ateez has been around for 5 years, and they're not a threat to big 4. They aren't on BTS's level, shaking the industry and making these companies fear them. Even the girl groups from these big companies can compete with Ateez in terms of sales, let alone their boy groups. And even Txt and Skz reaching number 1 on bb200 didn't make any noise anywhere outside of their fanbase. It's puzzling why some fans struggle to grasp such straightforward realities.

If Hybe has to do anything with this than they should shut up cause BTS used to be the same many years ago - a group of a no name company that got extremely famous in a few years

I also don't get the comment about Nmixx. If JYP really wanted to do this, than I don't understand why hes did a GG instead of a BG

I do hope Hybe at least learn from Ateez touring everywhere. I’m tired of Hybe’s groups lazy and boring promo roll out. All they do is filming tons of useless videos and then they go to the same tired American shows.

I see many ateez fans comparing them with bts but they’re not the same, neither is their trajectory.

Bts had a Korean hit less than 2 years after their debut. 1 year after that they were the nr 1 group internationally and even won a daesang.

While ateez is doing well, they aren’t a threat for hybe so no need to block them from doing well.
